1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rustylvania game servers, website, or purchasing digital goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Virtual Goods & Purchases

All purchases made on the Rustylvania store are for virtual, intangible digital membership items and server-related perks used solely within the Rustylvania community game server.

• Digital membership perks hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
• Purchases grant access to optional digital membership perks and server-related benefits within Rustylvania. They are not donations, investments, financial products, or transferable assets.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove perks associated with packages at any time to maintain game balance.

Rustylvania is an independent community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Facepunch Studios, Valve, Steam, or any official Rust service.

3. Server Rules & Bans

Purchasing a membership package does not exempt you from the server rules. All players, regardless of their rank, are subject to the same rules.

• Cheating, hacking, or using exploits will result in a permanent ban.
• Toxicity, racism, and harassment are strictly prohibited.
• If you are banned from the server for violating rules, you may lose access to your purchased digital membership perks. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts.

4. Wipes and Data Loss

Rust is a game that requires periodic "wipes" (resetting of the map and player progress). We are not responsible for any virtual items, bases, or progress lost during routine server wipes or unexpected data loss.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the servers online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
